Hosting only - $150 per year (or $12.50 per month)
Hosting & Maintenance $240 per year (or $20 per month)

What do these fees mean:

Domain name is yourname.com - It can be renewed from 1-10 years if you like

Hosting is the fee for having your domain on my server. (It's kinda like rent for your website)

Maintenance would include any changes you would like to your site (changing wording, updating pictures, updating text, minor color changes).  This of course does not include total reworking of the site.  That can be done, but the fee would depend on the time involved in the work.
